Our recent and ongoing Construction Management engagement, a mixed-use urban redevelopment, Twickenham Square, is a partnership between the City of Huntsville and two Development Entities. Located in the heart of Huntsville, the development includes:

City Parking Garage serving Hospital and Retail

Since the beginning, jhme has been involved in the entire construction process by providing a detailed assessment of plans prior to commencement and subsequently overseeing the construction process.

Specifically, we performed a Construction Document Review which entailed an independent review of contracts, schedules, budgets, construction documents (architectural, engineering, mechanical, landscape, etc.), prior to the commencement of construction. We continue to perform Monthly Inspections & Draw Reviews that include site visits and documented reports to determine if construction is proceeding to schedule and draw requests represent work performed at the Property.
