Managing Director, Construction Management

Justin Ebersole is the Managing Director at jhme Real Estate Advisors and brings 15 years of Construction Management experience to jhme. Justin’s unique skill set(s) and repertoire have fostered the Construction Management and Risk Mitigation practices, thus expanding the jhme client list into all aspects of the capital stack. 

Justin has previously been the lead construction capitalization underwriter for a multi-national bank and has reviewed and approved capital structures in excess of $30B (USD).  Prior to his leadership roles in banking, Justin was a Regional Manager for a large construction management consulting firm; as well as working for both Owner’s Representation and Capital Representation.  

Justin’s construction and development expertise has canvassed large, complex facilities including all asset-classes, as well as tier 3 and 4 data centers, airports, convention centers, transportation centers, and highly technical educational facilities. Justin’s technical knowledge has assisted clients in establishing scope, viability, budget, and schedule to deliver projects on time and within budget. During his tenure in construction, he has developed an intimate familiarity with all forms of construction delivery types including Construction Management At-Risk (CMR), Design-Build (DB) and Construction Management-Agency (CMA).  Justin is a seasoned construction and program manager with the unique combination of a tenacious and effective leadership approach. His impeccable, attention to detail and dynamic attitude create long-lasting, and tailored, due-diligence solutions for jhme clients.  

Justin’s leadership and tenacious commitment to a disciplined routine was cultivated playing football at the University of Louisiana where he was 4-year starter and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Construction Management.
